Help! My left side. I hate it. I feel like I can’t “feel” it half the time. Like sometimes I feel like I’m only breathing in my right side. I can’t engage my left when I’m exercising sometimes. I know alignment is key but feel like I’m just not getting it. Even when I’m standing I feel sometimes like my left foot isn’t there?? What would be the best for feeling like I’m activating and engaging BOTH sides.
