Hi everyone, new to this amazing place! One thing that did happen when going through pelvis exercises video was that both my hip joints very loudly pop every time I try to move a leg from pelvis to floor when on my back. They is no real pain when it happens but I wonder if I should lessen/avoid/change the movement until I have some degree of core muscles? Thanks!
