What are people's experiences/tips for starting to learn what is going on in their own body? Some things (e.g. that I always lock my knees) are self-evident when you learn to become aware of them, but how do I begin to understand what's actually going on with all the popping, snapping, cracking, joints giving out, random pains etc? All experiences/advice welcome!
