Should I be focusing on strengthening my gluteus maximus to help stabilize my SI joint? My left side is weaker than my right side and my SI joint pain is on my left side along with a prominent rib flare on my left side. I also sleep on my left side and I’m wondering if anyone has any tips for sleeping with SI joint issues. If I try sleeping on my back, my left hip has a habit of externally rotating.
