Hello everyone, I have recently joined the Zebra Club and it has given me hope for a better quality of life. I have been working on the Foundations videos. While I was watching the Relaxation video, I noticed that the exercises have the knees bent. I have patellar tendonitis in both knees and hip pain, which makes it painful for me to bend my knees. Does anyone have any ideas how I can modify the exercises so I would not have to bend my knees? Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
