#hobbies Having been inspired by Dr Russeks talk and reccomendation to include lifestyle activities to keep you fitter, I'm pondering joining the local canoe club. We live near a river, the weather recently has been lovely and I'm longing to be out in it more. But I am SO nervous. I feel like I'm emerging from a year long health crisis . I don't walk much these days, tend to drive everywhere, but this seems to help with fatigue and thus pain. But I feel fat and unfit and I miss the fresh air I used to get from walking places. I feel rowing could work as it's seated.. Any other canoers? Any thoughts about how it is for funny joints?
