I've been doing these videos for about 1 1/2 yr now, and I'm still learning new things! I just finished Isometric Power, which is a gentle level video in Strength and Connect. I'm finally ready to start doing more strengthening now that my pelvis and shoulders are in better alignment. I can't believe I didn't realize until I did this video that my knees turn inward a bit when I stand. I've seen lots of other zebras post pics of themselves doing this, and I always thought, "Well, at least I don't have that particular issue." Ha! I DO have that issue, and Jeannie's clear and precise instruction in the video helped me to see it. Now I can get to work on my alignment with the hope of being able to strengthen and feel better!
