When I try to breathe deeply while sitting or standing, I feel a pulling sensation from my collarbone. I concentrate on relaxing my shoulders onto my ribcage, letting the collarbones widen, and feeling the weight into my legs, but this pull still restricts my breathing and feels very stuck. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there anything in particular that you've found helpful?
