Here are the guidelines and values of The Zebra Club. I will email these out and also place in the Resource Centre too. Thank you for taking the time to read them: "Our approach is deeply rooted in years of study, research and development of our own methodology and we’re committed to sharing this knowledge with everyone who needs it. We want to empower our members with self-belief and guide members to a better quality of life. We want to ensure people feel listened to, understood and empowered with the belief that they can get better with our help and guidance. It is essential we all feel safe and secure when posting on this community page. We have a sense of mutual trust and empathy for each other. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group! Please respect other members comments and experiences as they may not necessarily be similar to your own. Remain non-judgmental and remember that many of us thrive from feeling accepted and validated in The Zebra Club. Before you post or reply, please check that your post supports The Zebra Club values which we firmly believe in and promote. Is your contribution: Caring and Courteous Encouraging Positively inspiring Respectful Motivational Optimistic Friendly Supportive Inquisitive Open to learning As inclusive as The Zebra Club hopes to be, we ask that you limit posts or comments which are unrelated to the activities of the Zebra Club community. Specifically, please avoid posts or comments which include self-promotion, spam, advertising, seek medical advice or share medical records or images or otherwise detract from the goals of the community. To avoid cluttering the group, please use the “search” option under the Zebras section before asking a question. Someone might have already asked the same thing before". If you have any questions or concerns or are experiencing issues in the group, please reach out to Jeannie.
