The foam roller class is one of my favourites, and I have been doing it once or twice a week for a while now with no problems. Since I did it yesterday, I have had a lot of pain in the top of my hips/lower back. This is not normally a painful area for me. There is no other activity I did yesterday that could be responsible - though it could just be a random coincidence of course! Any thoughts on what I might have done, and how not to do it again?!
