Hi I have realised from watching the videos that when I'm standing my weight is forward on the balls of my feet/toes and I also seem to stick my stomach out & arch my back🙈 Which would be the best exercises to do please? I'm aware of how I'm standing occasionally when I'm stood still and concentrating hard but zero idea when I'm on the move!
