My right wrist is currently in a pretty bad flare. I can’t do the wrist exercises, even extremely modified. I’ve been working on stretching my shoulders. I’ve caught myself balling my hands up and folding my wrists while sleeping and waking up with lots of pain. I swear sleeping is the most dangerous activity…Are there types of wrist braces or other stretches that aren’t in my wrists directly I can do that won’t make my wrists angrier?
