I’m attending the British Fascia Symposium this weekend. So many of the speakers have said “the brain doesn’t know muscles”. This is why I rarely cue muscles or talk anatomy in the classes. The body knows feelings & sensations. It knows movement. That’s what we give it. 🦓💪
