Any tips on how to read comfortably? 📚 🐛 😭 Since my college years, I’ve struggled to read without massive neck and upper shoulder pain, or collapsing onto the table in front of me. Fast forward to now… I have many more postural cues (eg, trying to keep the neck free and the back long as wide as practiced in Alexander technique)… but I still can’t read without pain. Edit 1-summary: it sounds like a common problem that people have solved by reading on kindle or tablet, with movable stands or arms, book readers on cushions or trays in bed and more. Edit 2-question: these device and book setups sound seriously clever. Would anyone be willing to post a photo of theirs?
