Hi. I’m dealing with high hamstring tendinopathy at my sit bones, and am in physical therapy…but it is really difficult to rest, as I have severe butt pain when I sit. Standing is ok but I can’t do it for long, because of pots. I’m doing bridges, some stuff with the physioball, isometrics, and mini-clams with bands. Ice, heat, TENS.
