Just sharing a win! I sail on research vessels occasionally and we're supposed to pack everything we need for a month into a duffle (so it's collapsible on board) and bag, so you can imagine it's heavy. I'm also recovering from some out of the blue pectoral pain. However, even though I had to deadlift my duffel approximately 1,000 times waiting in the security line for an hour, or hug it to my chest as long as I could... I'm okay! I tried to keep the principles in mind while all this hefting was going on, and totally rest when I could. My arms are super sore the morning after, but in a good way. No strained feeling. Hurray for The Zebra Club!
