This thing. It's a boppy pregnancy wedge pillow but I bought it on the recommendation of my doctor as a seat cushion. Wow, it gives me stability in a chair. So cheap. So simple. Love these kinds of minor tweaks that make a big difference. Disclaimer: I've only been sitting on it for about 5 min so I'll have to share an update after I use it for work.
