I am new to the Zebra Club and would like some advice on how to get started. I am hypermobile, have anxiety, live alone, work full time as a school librarian, a job I love and need, but also find stressful. I have an hours commute by car each way and am out of the house between 7am and 6pm on week days in term time. My job alternates betwen being quite sedentary and lots of lifting and shifting of books. I have had shoulder problems since 2018 and am generally tense and achey all over most of the time. I am not at all motivated about exercise but know I need to do something. My fitness levels are very low. I like swimming, walking and pilates but since the pandemic began have not really done any exercise apart from walking with various friends for about an hour once a week. Both swimming and pliates were causing me pain pre pandemic. Clearly I need to begin with the foundations course but how do I move through it and how frequently should I be doing it? Thank you!
