Does anyone know from personal experience if being at a lower body weight is useful in managing hEDS symptoms? I'm recovering from orthorexia and very hesitant to try to lose weight for fear of rebound. In fact my last weight loss experience where I maintained a "normal" weight for 9 months, despite being very well balanced and nutritious, ended up causing me to gain up to my lifetime highest weight. I'm exploring intuitive eating and trying to recover from the effects of "diet culture."
