Hi, this might seem like a strange question but does anyone know whether it's possible to be allergic to coconut sugar. I am going through increase mast cell reactions since I got covid last month and I've reacted to two cereal bars which both contain coconut sugar. I've found articles which talk about allergies to coconuts but not the sugar. This may not be the trigger but I'm trying to find commonalities to pinpoint them so wanted to hear your thoughts
