I've worked really well in my Pilates class today (one on one with hypermobile aware teacher I've worked with for several years). I've done things I've not done before and felt really strong throughout those exercises, getting that fantastic "easy" feel we get when an exercise is done correctly. However, afterwards it quickly became clear I'd over done things, I'm wiped out, fell asleep and lots of yawning. Does anyone know what causes this "wiped out" feeling? I get it relatively frequently but not usually so clearly from a specific activity. In fact I often wake up with this feeling. I always wonder what is going on in the body. Thanks for any thoughts.
