👋 I have noticed a trend that if I have the kids in the bed with me (a sicky last night) then I'm guaranteed a night and day of pain in my lumber/SI/hip/groin. In fact I can't make it to morning without pain forcing me to get up. Any thoughts on what might be happening / any suggestions of what I can do differently to change the outcome? It isn't necessarily exclusive to the kids being in, I have also noticed it on nights that I wake up prematurely, I can't stay in bed until a reasonable hour, or for the length of time I normally would if still asleep.
