Knee rolls advice please... After spending months doing mainly the unwind the pelvis, and the isometric classes, I've felt brave enough to try some other classes. The knee roll exercise lying supine and raising one bent knee at a time is tough! I can manage 2 reps on one side but none with the other leg. It feels like my back isn't strong enough to lift the leg for this exercise on one side. I was wondering which muscles this exercise targets and what I can do to build up to being able to do it? Thanks.
