What are good excercises for a bulging disc in my lower back? Any tips for quicker healing In daily life, I stopped lifting heavy stuff and I stopped bending from the back. I sit with a rolled up towel in my lower back. I was improving a few weeks ago, started living without paying attention, with a normal sneeze it bulged again. 🙄 How can I strengthen and relax my back without putting pressure on the disc (L4 or L5)?
