Hi all! I'm currently on a ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and unable to get an evaluation from a physical therapist! I was having some pectoral pain before I left, and it subsided after rest and no over the head exercises. But I reaggravated it (making a bunk bead in a box frame is tough!) and it's not wanting to settle back down. Any tips for on the go? I included a little diagram marking the pain pattern. I'm not sure which area is the origin. Could be pecs, shoulder, neck, or bicep! Hard to say. Though the pain extends to around my ribs, I'm pretty sure that's just referred from whatever the origin is.
