Can anyone suggest what would be good for uneven hips (lateral tilt)? I have uneven hips, very mild scoliosis...I also think SI joint and maybe Piriformis problems...I have no core strength...where do I even start?? I feel the hips are causing the worst of the problems and improving the tilt would help reduce all the other problems (nerve impingement, tmj etc...) I'm awaiting the results of a spinal mri but if that's OK I really want to start rebuilding some strength and stability to deal with the pain. Any advice appreciated as I just feel overwhelmed by it all !
