I did the exploring your feet video (EDIT- actually I think it was the resolve foot and gait pain class) a few days ago and yesterday started having pain on the inside of my ankle when I put weight on it. It seems worse today, so I’m going to try ice. It’s my “good ankle” 😂. I haven’t really had this before. I think maybe I just overworked something? Any tips?
