I have had the spoons for more stability and strength and connect classes lately! Feels great. I am wondering about that feeling when your muscles don’t seem to move smoothly, almost like they are catching so my attempts for example to do a controlled descend from a bridge feels like I am dropping down step by step. I usually slow down and make that my last rep when it happens. Anyone else experience this? Is it a sign i’m out of my range or something I should try to move through and keep going?
