What are you guys’ philosophies when it comes to choosing a class on any given day? I’ve been fairly stuck in pain management lately. I think adding in more stability/S&C would be beneficial to my pain as I believe the increase is from loss of tone since I’ve been sick but I find myself never wanting to or feeling fearful in the moment. Is it wise to do the more active classes when I’m having pain in the area, or would that just encourage compensation?
