So much chat about dreadful doctors appointments so I thought of put this out there. I highly recommend Dr Kate Barnes, works mainly online now (uk) and I found her listed on the EDS society website ( you may find other suitably knowledgeable other professionals there more local to you) . Has the condition herself so entirely 'gets it', and is a GP so can treat all the related conditions mcas, pots , and friends. I thought she was lovely. She is private so I realise I'm privileged to be able to afford this, but I would say reasonably priced as you may not need to have more than one or two appointments. You may have to factor in the costs of a private prescription also.
