Does anyone have a job that’s extremely physical? I am a physical therapist assistant with the elderly in a skilled nursing facility. I have to occasionally lift them up(dead weight) from chair to chair, roll them in bed, push them in wheelchairs, get them dressed etc. What do you do to help strengthen after each day?Im struggling to stay consistent with exercise bc my work is exercise in itself. I also teach exercise classes like chair yoga, and theraband strengthening, which feels good for me in the AM bc it takes forever to warm my joints up!
