@jeanniedibon I just did the support the knee class and at the end doing the child's pose my lower back feels like something is about to rip when I let my pelvis drop. It's supposed to release the lower back but instead it hurts. This happens anytime I try to do the child's pose. My lower back is a real problem for me and is always super tight. I do the unwind the pelvis class and all the pelvis classes a lot but child's pose is still painful. Suggestions? Thanks in advance šŸ’•
