Hey Zebras! I just finished the Foundations recording on breathing, and I have sort of a weird question/situation: Jeannie talks in the video about how important it is to be able to take deep, full breaths while doing the exercises. I haven’t been able to breathe in deeply into my rib cage since 2012, when my pelvis first started going out of alignment, causing some ribs to sublux and restrict my breathing. I’m wondering if anyone else experiences this, and if so, how do you manage while trying to use your breath in Pilates exercises? Thanks! 🙏
