I've been having discomfort in my lower legs and ankles. The muscles feel tight and I have a constant urge to stretch them. Doing lots of ankle circles, flexion/extension, massaging my feet, and not getting relief. I've done the feet and gait pain and stabilizing the knee joint videos. Not sure what other videos/exercises might be helpful here. Any suggestions?
