Today was my gran’s funeral, a day I have dreaded forever. She was my everything, a bond like no other. I would like to specifically thank Jeannie and this club as without it I wouldn’t have been able to cope let alone relax into the celebration of her life. Twist and spirals done this morning and home to do trauma release and hug my daughter. What an emotional day but iv learned to be kind to myself this week 💔
