*Advice request* I know nobody can tell me what to do, but generally do you all think it's a good idea to move house to a one-floor place to protect the knees? I'm 65 and doing better on the stairs since finding TZC, but thinking of the future... It's a seller's market now where I live. PS: I guess I 'd like to know if theoretically it's possible to strengthen one's legs enough to maintain the ability to climb stairs into old age, given the hEDS. I do have fatigue but not usually POTS unless very stressed by heat etc... I know that's very hard to say given that everyone is different.
