I have a lot of tightness along the right side of my torso, all the way around. After taking classes in addition to my daily exercises, it was feeling much better ...and then I was at sea on a rocky research vessel for two weeks! Despite doing a morning warm up each day, I'm all twisted up again. Still doing the morning warm up each day, but I'm thinking the pelvis course might be a good place to start? Then maybe on to shoulders? It's one of those areas that's connected to everything!
