Hello all πŸ™‚. The past week has been a lot of chat & comments on calming the nervous system. This week on the Accountability Group, we are doing a mindfulness week. We check in each day on what class or what you choose to do to help on your way calming the nervous system & being mindful. It may be 1 or 2 mins of a class. It all counts. Let us know how your getting on. If you want to come across to the accountability group just request to be added. This morning I did the meditation for pain management not the full class. #mindfulness #calm
