@Jeannie Di Bon I’m looking at the exploring your feet-class. My POTS keeps me from doing most of the standing exercises (except the heel raises) Is it possible to do the spikey ball massaging seated? Or would the pressure on the spikey ball not be enough? The rest of the standing exercises I probably could do with my medical compression tights on but the massaging of the feet would probably not be so effective with the compression tights covering my feet.
