I have been at work this evening and been bent forward for maybe 2 hours, so my neck down and back arched over (beauty therapist) and the pain in my upper back is horrific, when I'm taking a deep breath in it really hurts, the only place it dosent hurt is when I bend forward again. What exercise could I use to help this pain?
