Does anyone have a favorite class or movement for stiffness through the shoulders/neck/upper back, particularly in the morning? I’m only able to sleep in a tight ball with my chin tucked to my chest and my shoulders up at my ears. I wake up needing to crack my neck several times to get it back in place. Most of the head/neck/shoulder classes are too intense for me in this state. I like the headache class, but find it so intense it can be disorienting for the next day or so.
