Hello everyone Hope you’re having a lovely break. We have become aware of an issue with the coupons today. It seems that the app is no longer recognising some members once the coupon voucher expires. For example, if you used ZebraGift of one month, the system is disabling access after the month. My sincere apologies for this technical hitch. I am working hard to find a reason for this with the developers but as it is holiday time, things are slower than usual. Rest assured, we will solve it. If this does happen to you, please email me direct and I can manually override the system. Thanks for your patience. Jeannie
