Post viral class is lovely! Had no idea my lungs and each side were working so differently- I have scoliosis- and one side much tighter, one side more flexible. I'm just getting over a cough virus thing, it was perfect. And I reckon a good time to test/ notice these things when feeling a bit weaker in general. Where asymmetry is marked, should you be working one side more than the other to try to redress the balance? Or working symmetrically In the hope that both sides adjust?
