Knees & Stretching Doing exercises on my knees is a no go. Many of the classes I've tried have a part or large part on knees. It'd be awesome if there was a section that specifically excluded these types of exercises. I feel like I waste a bunch of time trying new classes just to learn I can't do them yet. Or hurting myself while trying to do them. Same with stretching. I can't stretch at all, stuff pops out of place immediately. I find that I hurt myself in these classes more than I anticipated I would.
