One more thing from me today ☺️ Does anyone have tips for motivation and for developing a consistent practice? I know doing these exercises will help me immensely and they help me when I get keep up regularly. But with most things, I find it hard to be consistent and get motivated (and sometimes I just forget!) I would be interested to hear if anyone had a similar approach in a similar but have now built up a good routine. Thank you!
