Does anyone have tips for sore feet and ankles? I've been working on them quite a bit lately and, as always eventually whenever I make a bit of progress, they're mad at me and flared. I don't think they'll welcome any classes right now... Other tips for flared feet? (It's my arches, heels and ankle tendons.) So far I'm using spiky balls and a bit of cold therapy.
