I don’t have severe hypermobility, but as I’m now in my 60’s I find it difficult to do any high impact aerobic classes. I’m doing the cardio classes with Jeannie,but wonder if anyone has tried aquarobics and how it’s affected them afterwards. Joints are obviously supported but I wonder about over cooking my range and then suffering afterwards.
