I often wake up in crazy positions, with my spine and/or neck all twisted. Of course, I then feel super sore and stiff in the morning (and on the worst of days, I have a pinched nerve from the unnatural movements). Any advice on stability while sleeping? Also, which class do you recommend for starting to move my sore body in the morning? (I find that until I do some sort of stretching/intentional movement, I can hardly move.) #sleep #morning
