Hi there. I’ve just come across this app and excited to give the exercises a go. I’m 5.5 months postpartum and breastfeeding. I’m pretty active but have a lot of hip and pelvis issues which got worse during pregnancy as well as other aches and pains related to carrying, feeding etc. Relaxin and hypermobility are a bad combo! I’m really keen to get back to sport but need to get some stability back.
