Hi everyone! I am brand new to the Zebra Club and am feeling very hopeful about being able to actually build a little strength despite the pain. I finished the foundations videos and am trying to figure out if I should just start with the Starter Pack program or with gentle classes. I currently am having the most pain and instability in my neck and shoulders. Does anyone have a suggestion of where to start? So glad to be here!
